JUST IN: Why Oyo APC State Congress Will Hold on October 30. *New Committee Secretary Announced

Facts have emerged as to why the state congress of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has been rescheduled to hold on Saturday, 30th of October 2021.
The State Affairs NG reported how the congress was postponed on two different occasions.
A member of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the APC and federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Olaide Akinremi announced the new date on Tuesday in Abuja, after the decision was reached by APC CECPC.
He stated that the State Congress Committee would arrive Oyo State any moment and the committee members have been instructed to carry all stakeholders along to ensure a smooth congress process.
Hon. Olaide Akinrêmí conclusively noted that all necessary modalities have been adequately taken care of, to ensure a peaceful and successfiul elections during the congress.
Hon. Abdullah Bello has been announced as Secretary of the Oyo State Congress Committee while Hon. Gambo Lawal remains the Chairman.
“November 6 is too far because we need to do some other stuffs” a party source disclosed why the new date was picked .
