He maintained the the Congress was conducted in the presence of all the relevant stakeholders such as Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Security Agents, Observers and the media.
Lawan made the disclose while speaking with Journalists after the Abuja reconciliation meeting on Thursday.
He maintained that the Congress stays but it is now a matter of gives and takes, where harmonization will take place.
Gambo affirmed that today’s meeting in Abuja was for reconciliation and harmonization but nothing like another Congress.
He said the National body has discussed with stakeholders on how they should be united and work together towards 2023 general elections.
According to Gambo, “The meeting is just for reconciliation or harmonization, nothing like fresh Congress. The APC is one big family and will continue to be.
“What was discuss is how all the groups, leaders and other stakeholders would work together to depose the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee Chairman, Governor Mai Buni only called this meeting to iron out all the issues.
“Nothing like new Congress, the Saturday 30th Congress stays, it was monitored by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and other relevant agencies. This is family affairs and the process of amicable resolution has commenced.
