Oluyole Council Boss, Hon. Settle Lays Foundation For Omituntun Police Station

In his bid to ensure adequate security of lives and property, the executive chairman of Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State, Hon. Olaide Settle has laid a foundation for Omituntun Police Station in Ward 9 Onigambari of the council area.
Performing the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the police station, Hon. Settle recalled how the Royal fathers of Onigambari requested for a police station. According to the council boss, the royal fathers emphasised how the construction of a modern police station constitute one of the topmost need of their community because of its location along the busy but bushy along Onipe- Ijebu Ode road.
Hon. Settle said he was responding swiftly to the request of the royal fathers. He also assured that the Executive Governor of Oyo state, Engr  Seyi Makinde would extend more of his goodwill to the community.
Hon. Settle laying the foundation for Omituntun Police Station at Onigambari
Part of the executive chairman’s speech read:
“Today, the promise made as been kept as the foundation laying of the requested OMITUNTUN POLICE STATION , ONIGAMBARI was held”.
“The socio economic impact of this new development is beyond description as this is a direct step to aid the steps being taken by the state Government to address the security challenges of that area having being seriously addressed by H.E GOV. SEYI MAKINDE through many security inclined efforts; the most recent being the formation of the joint security patrol team and other tech driven ideas such as the installation of CCTV cameras at Mamu Junction”.
At the event were political dignitaries such as the Honourable Commissoner for education; Barr. Abdulrahmon Abiodun; Chairman Hospital  Management Board; Dr. Adetunji; PDP Pub.sec; ENGR. Akeem Olatunji , Oluyole party Chairman; Alh. Mukaila Adegbola, and host of other dignitaries.
