Nigeria’s federal government has advised civil servants to exercise caution in spending their November salary because of the possible delay in the payment of their remuneration for December. The Presidency has denied reports that President Muhammadu Buhari declined assent to the Electoral Act Amendment Bill which was recently transmitted to him by the National Assembly. Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have rescued 20 policemen abducted by terrorists in Buni Yadi, Yobe.
