The Federal High Court sitting in Gusau has dismissed the suit filed by 10 former Local Government chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) loyal to a former Zamfara State Governor, Abdul’Aziz Yari. The permanent secretary of the state Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Matters and Rural Development, has been suspended over the delay in payment of the November salary of local government workers.
